Internship Overview

This is a postgraduate internship designed exclusively for candidates who have already completed a Master’s degree and are seeking hands-on, execution-heavy exposure within a life sciences consulting environment.

As with previous successful interns, this role is performance-led and structured as a conversion pathway to full-time employment. Interns are treated as junior professionals, not students, and are expected to operate with accountability and autonomy.

This internship is designed as an intensive learning and evaluation period, with scope and responsibility increasing over time based on demonstrated capability.

You will work directly with leadership on live brand and content initiativesthat have real commercial and reputational impact.

• Ghostwriting Support: Adapt content across multiple voices and tones while maintaining strict brand consistency.

• Design & Visual Content: Produce clean, on-brand social media visuals and marketing assets using Canva, in line with established brand guidelines.

• AI-Augmented Workflows: Use approved corporate AI tools to accelerate content creation while applying judgment, critical thinking, and editorial rigour.

• Audience Adaptation: Tailor content for consulting, life sciences, and technology-oriented audiences.

• Quality Control: Iterate content based on structured feedback and maintain high editorial and visual standards.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Completed Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

(Applications from current Master’s students will not be considered)

• Practical familiarity with LinkedIn as a professional platform

• Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles

• Comfort using AI tools in a professional context
