Role Responsibilities: 

1. Team Management: 

Oversee and track the internal team’s tasks, deliverables, and development plans. 

Provide consistent feedback and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves growth objectives. 

2. Team-Management Liaison: 

Serve as a bridge between the team and leadership, ensuring effective communication and timely alignment on priorities. 

Facilitate regular updates to management on team performance and project progress. 

3. Recruitment and Onboarding Support: 

Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. 

Develop and improve onboarding materials and processes to ensure a smooth transition for new team members. 

4. Operations Optimization: 

Manage internal documentation and ensure operational workflows are well-structured and up to date. 

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity, and a fun work environment. 

5. Digital Savvy Project Management: 

Leverage digital tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, Copilot, Viva Engage, and other platforms to streamline internal operations and team collaboration. 

Stay updated on the latest digital trends and tools to recommend innovative solutions for operational excellence. 

Qualification Factors: 

Personal attributes required with demonstrable high digital skills and strong project management abilities: 

Tech-Savvy: Quickly adapts to new digital tools and technologies, demonstrating proficiency in various software and applications. 

Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role. 

Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to details, ensuring accuracy and precision in digital and project management tasks. 

Organized: Maintains structured and systematic workflows, efficiently managing time and resources across multiple projects. 

Problem-Solver: Proactively identifies challenges and devises effective solutions using digital tools and project management methodologies. 

Excellent Communicator: Clearly and concisely communicates project goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. 

Adaptable: Remains flexible and open to change, quickly adjusting plans and strategies to accommodate new information or unexpected developments.

Tenure: Minimum 3 years' experience in operations or internal communications roles, and minimum 5 years' experience managing teams. It would be great to have 2 to 5 years' experience working in a startup environment.

Location: Remote, India 

Monthly Salary: During the initial three-month period, the monthly salary will be INR 40000. Based on performance evaluation at the end of the first three months with the Company, the salary may increase to INR 50000 per month for the subsequent months. · Engage in ongoing research on global CROs, SaaS, SaMD, and Digital Health ecosystem solutions to gain a thorough understanding of the healthcare market landscape.

Social Optimization Support: 

· Collaborate with clients to enhance market presence for increased visibility and impact, as part of our Brand Building Support as a Service.

· Support our TrendSense positioning and execution, contextualized to current and future healthcare market trends.

· Utilize data-driven recommendations to optimize content, visuals, and engagement strategies. 

Customized Client Reports: 

· Generate comprehensive reports tailored to specific objectives and key performance indicators. 

· Present findings in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the impact of data-driven strategies. 

Qualification Factors: 

· Ability to conduct thorough and effective research on industry trends and market developments, leveraging several AI tools on a daily basis.

· Ability to present data and findings clearly and compellingly via Microsoft Teams.

· Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other tools.

· Proven expertise in utilizing digital tools and platforms for market research and data analysis.

· Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proven aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

· Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively internally and to clients via email. 

· Strategic thinking coupled with a creative problem-solving approach.

Monthly Stipend: 

During the initial three-month period, the monthly stipend will be INR 15000. Based on performance evaluation at the end of the first quarter, the stipend may increase to INR 20000 per month for the subsequent three months (months 4-6).
