Role Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Oversee and track the internal team’s tasks, deliverables, and development plans.
Provide consistent feedback and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves growth objectives.
2. Team-Management Liaison:
Serve as a bridge between the team and leadership, ensuring effective communication and timely alignment on priorities.
Facilitate regular updates to management on team performance and project progress.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding Support:
Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and improve onboarding materials and processes to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
4. Operations Optimization:
Manage internal documentation and ensure operational workflows are well-structured and up to date.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity, and a fun work environment.
5. Digital Savvy Project Management:
Leverage digital tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Teams, Copilot, Viva Engage, and other platforms to streamline internal operations and team collaboration.
Stay updated on the latest digital trends and tools to recommend innovative solutions for operational excellence.

Based on performance evaluation at the end of the first three months with the Company, the salary may increase to INR 50000 per month for the subsequent months.
