We're Hiring a Market Research Analyst

Position Overview:  

We are currently in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fulfil the role of Intern, Market Research Analyst in the view of a full-time role with the Company. This position presents a unique opportunity to leverage data and analytics, and creative thinking to uncover valuable insights in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should possess effective communication skills, be digitally savvy, possess keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis and Interpretation: 

· Conduct data-driven analyses of multiple pharmaceutical and medical device company annual reports to identify emerging trends and stay on top of market developments.

· Engage in ongoing research on global CROs, SaaS, SaMD, and Digital Health ecosystem solutions to gain a thorough understanding of the healthcare market landscape.

Social Optimization Support: 

· Collaborate with clients to enhance market presence for increased visibility and impact, as part of our Brand Building Support as a Service.

· Support our TrendSense positioning and execution, contextualized to current and future healthcare market trends.

· Utilize data-driven recommendations to optimize content, visuals, and engagement strategies. 

Customized Client Reports: 

· Generate comprehensive reports tailored to specific objectives and key performance indicators. 

· Present findings in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the impact of data-driven strategies. 

Qualification Factors: 

· Ability to conduct thorough and effective research on industry trends and market developments, leveraging several AI tools on a daily basis.

· Ability to present data and findings clearly and compellingly via Microsoft Teams.

· Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other tools.

· Proven expertise in utilizing digital tools and platforms for market research and data analysis.

· Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proven aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

· Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively internally and to clients via email. 

· Strategic thinking coupled with a creative problem-solving approach. 

Duration: 

6 months 

Location: 

Remote, India 

Monthly Stipend: 

During the initial three-month period, the monthly stipend will be INR 15000. Based on performance evaluation at the end of the first quarter, the stipend may increase to INR 20000 per month for the subsequent three months (months 4-6). This adjustment reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding top performers while fostering ongoing success. Additionally, exceptional interns may have the opportunity to join our team as full-time employees upon completion of the internship, depending on performance and available positions within the company.
